Online Program – Structured Psychotherapeutic Intervention

The 15-week online program provides structured, scientifically grounded psychotherapeutic guidance. It may be used either as a complement to ongoing psychotherapy or as a clearly defined standalone intervention.

The program is based on evidence-based approaches from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Schema Therapy. Its core focus lies in the systematic examination of dysfunctional core beliefs, emotional patterns, and learned behavioral strategies.

Particular emphasis is placed on working with:

  • maladaptive schemas

  • experiential and coping modes

  • patterns of submission and avoidance

  • overcompensation strategies

The aim is to identify recurring internal dynamics, understand their developmental origins, and develop more adaptive and functional coping responses.

The program integrates cognitive reflection with emotion-focused interventions and supports gradual modification of dysfunctional thought patterns, emotional responses, and behaviors.

Key elements include:

  • structure and transparency

  • active self-reflection

  • continuous self-observation

  • development of sustainable behavioral alternatives

The overall objective is long-term stabilization, enhanced self-efficacy, and improved emotional regulation in daily life.
