Our mission

Our central aim is to support people in dealing with psychological stress openly and independently, and to offer them needs-based, high-quality psychotherapeutic support.

From both professional and personal experience, we know that emotional distress is often accompanied by a feeling of being alone – trapped in one's own thoughts, worries, and inner conflicts. In our work, we want to create a space where this loneliness can dissolve and change in relationships becomes possible.

Our psychotherapeutic work is based on scientifically sound methods, in particular cognitive behavioral therapy, schema therapy, and psychodynamic psychotherapy. These integrative approaches make it possible to understand and address both current distressing thought and behavior patterns as well as deeper emotional conflicts and relationship experiences. Together, we promote insight, emotional processing, and the development of new, helpful coping strategies.

Another key focus of our mission is to disseminate knowledge about integrative and innovative therapeutic approaches, including substance-assisted psychotherapy. It is important to us to provide transparent, evidence-based, and nuanced information about the possibilities and limitations of modern therapeutic methods, thereby contributing to greater understanding and a broader perspective in psychotherapeutic care.

Furthermore, it is important to us to make psychotherapeutic support modern and easily accessible. With this in mind, we are developing supplementary structured online services that enable therapeutic support regardless of location or individual life circumstances.

Our work is guided by the values of transparency, diversity, and authenticity. We treat people professionally, respectfully, and with human warmth – with the aim of accompanying them on a path that allows them to experience greater inner clarity, stability, and connection.
