We're not wrong – we're just too early. And that's precisely why research is so important right now.

Welcome
Our primary aim is to support people in dealing with psychological distress in an open and self-determined way and to provide needs-based, high-quality psychotherapeutic care. Emotional suffering is often accompanied by the feeling of being alone or stuck in everyday life. We strive to create a safe and supportive space in which change becomes possible.
Our work is based on scientifically validated therapeutic approaches, particularly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Schema Therapy, and Psychodynamic Psychotherapy. Together, we identify distressing patterns, promote emotional processing, and develop helpful coping strategies.
In addition, we place great importance on transparent, evidence-based education about innovative and integrative therapeutic approaches, including substance-assisted psychotherapy, as well as on the development of low-threshold services such as structured online formats. We meet our patients with professionalism, respect, and genuine warmth, with the aim of fostering clarity, stability, and a deeper sense of connection.
