We're not wrong – we're just too early. And that's precisely why research is so important right now.

Tempel der Seele
Welcome.
The name represents a framework in the field of psychiatry and psychotherapy that brings together clinical practice, scientific orientation, and the ongoing development of modern treatment approaches.
The aim is to support individuals in navigating psychological distress with autonomy and professional guidance, and to provide access to high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy. Emotional suffering is often accompanied by a sense of feeling stuck or alone. Within this setting, a professional and protected environment is offered in which growth and change can become possible.
Therapeutic work is grounded in evidence-based approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy, schema therapy, and psychodynamic methods. In addition, structured online programs, augmented psychotherapeutic interventions, and professional exchange and collaboration form part of the work.
The initiative understands itself not merely as a practice, but as a conceptual framework for therapeutic and scientific activities, with a clear focus on transparency, scientific rigor, and professional responsibility.
