Psychotherapy

The costs of outpatient psychotherapy are covered by statutory health insurance and private health insurance providers, provided that the respective eligibility requirements are met.

In our practice, we offer a broad spectrum of evidence-based psychotherapeutic approaches. These include established guideline-based treatments as well as complementary, medically supervised treatment concepts within the framework of individualized clinical assessment.

Complementary Medically Supervised Interventions

In certain clinical situations, the psychotherapeutic treatment plan may be expanded to include complementary, medically supervised measures. This requires thorough diagnostic evaluation and individualized medical assessment.

All interventions are conducted within a structured and professionally supervised setting and are aligned with current scientific standards and applicable legal regulations.

The scope and duration of treatment depend on the individual clinical situation, therapeutic objectives, and treatment course. Specific planning is discussed transparently during the personal consultation.

Information regarding organizational and financial aspects is provided during individual counseling.

Online Program

Our 15-week online program is based on scientifically grounded methods from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Schema Therapy. It can be used as a complement to ongoing psychotherapy or as a structured standalone support program.

The program is privately organized and intended for self-paying participants.

Detailed information regarding structure, organizational framework, and fees can be found on the respective information page.

Psychiatry

Psychiatric and medical treatments are available to privately insured patients and self-paying individuals. Within our team, these services are provided exclusively by
Dr. med. Asztalos and Dr. med. Köppelle.
