The 15-week online program offers structured, scientifically based psychotherapeutic support and can be used both as an accompaniment to psychotherapy and as an independent therapeutic offering.

 

It is based on a modern, integrative approach that combines cognitive and emotional processes, particularly methods from cognitive behavioral therapy and schema therapy. The goal is to better understand emotional distress, develop effective coping strategies, and build long-term inner stability and self-confidence.
